Step 1 <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong>– <\/span>Cut & Drill Wood Blanks.<\/span> <\/strong>
\n Cut blanks to the length of the tube plus 1\/16". Drill a centered hole through each blank.<\/td>\n		 <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Step 2 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em>– <\/span>Glue the Tubes into the Blanks.<\/span> <\/strong>
\n Spread the glue on the tube. Insert the blank with a twisting motion to spread glue evenly inside. Allow to dry.

Step 3<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span> – <\/span>Turning The Blanks. <\/span><\/strong>
\n Set up the lathe according to manufacturer’s directions. Using chisels turn blanks to desired diameter.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Step 4 <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span>– Sand<\/strong>.<\/span>
\n As with any sanding, progress through a range of grits<\/td>\n		Step 5<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span> – Finish. <\/span><\/strong>
\n Try a finish of your choice, for example, PSI Liquid Friction Polish.<\/td>\n		Step 6<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span>– Assembly<\/strong>.<\/span>
\n Use a clamp, vise or Project Assembly Press to press parts together.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
